How long will my order take?
Every print is produced individually for its collector, then dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes up to 1 week to the United Kingdom, Europe and North America, and up to 4 weeks to the rest of the world.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are set by your own customs authority, are outside our control, and are payable by the customer.
How is my artwork packaged?
Prints are rolled in protective archival packaging and shipped in a reinforced tube.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.
What if my order is lost in transit?
Write to hello@sashaelage.com with your order number and we will trace it. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no cost. Claims must reach us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.

Are frames included when I buy the prints?
No, frames are not included.
Can I order a print that is not in the store collection (Instagram, website)?

Can I order any artwork with my own dimensions?
Yes, please let us know which photo (screen shot) and we will do what it takes to make it possible.
What type of paper is used for the prints?
The open edition prints are made with premium Japanese art paper.
The limited edition prints are made with Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308, which is a museum-quality fine art paper. It is considered to be one of the best papers on the market today for fine art printing.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

What is a certificate of authenticity, and do you offer them?
A certificate of authenticity is a document that verifies the authenticity of a limited edition print. It typically includes information such as the title of the work, the artist's name, the edition number, and the date of printing. Yes, we do include a certificate of authenticity with each limited edition print that we sell.
Can I request a specific size for my print?
Yes, we can accommodate requests for specific print sizes. Please get in touch with Sasha to discuss your needs.
Is Sasha's work completely unedited and straight from the camera, without any digital editing such as Photoshop, Lightroom, or filters?
Yes, Sasha Elage's work is always straight from the camera and he never uses any digital software to transform his photos, even if they look unreal.

ORDERS AND RETURNS (FINE ART PRINTS)
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your print for any reason.
How do I return an artwork?
Write to hello@sashaelage.com within 30 days of receiving it and we will send you the return address. The print must be returned rolled in its original tube, unmarked and in the same condition it arrived. Return shipping is at your cost.
When will I be refunded?
Once your return reaches us and we have confirmed its condition, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
My artwork arrived damaged. What should I do?
Write to hello@sashaelage.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will replace it at no cost to you.
