SHIPPING

Every print is produced individually for its collector, then dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

After dispatch, delivery takes up to 1 week to the United Kingdom, Europe and North America, and up to 4 weeks to the rest of the world. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Prints are rolled in protective archival packaging and shipped in a reinforced tube.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from delivery to return your print for any reason.

Write to hello@sashaelage.com within 30 days of receiving your artwork and we will send you the return address. The print must come back rolled in its original tube, unmarked and in the same condition it arrived. Return shipping is at your cost.

Once your return reaches us and we have confirmed its condition, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

If your artwork arrives damaged, or if anything is wrong with your order, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph. We will replace it at no cost to you.

Our prints are 100% carbon neutral and all packaging is environmentally friendly.

Lovers, Vík, Iceland, 2022

Some connections transcend words.

These two were inseparable. Always side by side, moving in perfect harmony, their bond was unmistakable. I watched them for hours, drawn to the way they existed together, never apart, never uncertain, as if guided by an unspoken understanding. There was something deeply moving about their presence, something that felt like true devotion. Naming this photograph Lovers felt inevitable.

Each had a distinct personality, yet they fit together effortlessly. Moments like this remind me how complex and profound their connections are, how they experience companionship in ways far beyond what we often assume. Their intelligence, their emotional depth, their quiet loyalty, it is all here, in this fleeting moment.
