Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Thereafter, they should arrive within 1 week to the UK, Europe, and North America. Other destinations may vary — please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We offer a 30-day return policy for rolled prints. To request a return, contact us first at hello@sashaelage.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Your item must be in new condition with tags and in its original packaging, and you'll need to include the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive and confirm the condition of your return, we'll issue your refund. Please note that return shipping is charged to the customer.

If you notice any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns. If your return is approved, we'll automatically issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at hello@sashaelage.com.

In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged due to transit issues before delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will be happy to replace it at no additional cost to you.
