SHIPPING

Free shipping worldwide.

Your calendar is printed to order at our production partner closest to you, then dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days to North America, the United Kingdom and Europe, and up to 3 weeks to the rest of the world. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Calendars are shipped flat in protective packaging, so they arrive without bends or creases.

International orders may be subject to local import duties, payable by the customer.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from delivery to return your calendar for any reason.

Write to hello@sashaelage.com within 30 days of receiving your calendar and we will send you the return address. The calendar must come back unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition it arrived. Return shipping is at your cost.

Once your return reaches us and we have confirmed its condition, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

If your calendar arrives damaged, or if anything is wrong with your order, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph. We will replace it at no cost to you.
