SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
Every print is produced individually for its collector, then dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
After dispatch, delivery takes up to 1 week to the United Kingdom, Europe and North America, and up to 4 weeks to the rest of the world. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Prints are rolled in protective archival packaging and shipped in a reinforced tube.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from delivery to return your print for any reason.
Write to hello@sashaelage.com within 30 days of receiving your artwork and we will send you the return address. The print must come back rolled in its original tube, unmarked and in the same condition it arrived. Return shipping is at your cost.
Once your return reaches us and we have confirmed its condition, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
If your artwork arrives damaged, or if anything is wrong with your order, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph. We will replace it at no cost to you.
Our prints are 100% carbon neutral and all packaging is environmentally friendly.

Some scenes feel cinematic, as if they were meant to be captured. This was one of them.
Driving through Iceland’s vast snowy landscapes, I felt like I had stepped into a dream. The first light of dawn cast a soft glow over the horizon, and then, in the middle of nowhere, a car appeared. Perfectly framed by the rising sun, it stood still against the endless white. I illuminated it with a pink flash, turning the moment into something surreal, as if reality had briefly shifted into another dimension.
This photograph became the official image for the Queer Palm at the Cannes Film Festival 2023, a profound honor that gave it an entirely new life. Seeing it celebrated in Cannes was unforgettable, a reminder of how a single moment can take on new meaning far beyond its origin.
